What types of tours do you offer?
We specialize in sightseeing experiences across Oahu. Our Exclusive Circle Island Tour is a full-day journey around the entire island, perfect for travelers who want to enjoy iconic viewpoints, cultural sites, scenic beaches, local flavors, and historic landmarks in one relaxing day. We also offer private tours that can be catered to your special requests.
How can I book a tour?
You can book a tour directly through our website, call our direct phone number or with most e hotel concierge desks in Hawaii. We recommend booking at least three days in advance to secure your spot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.
2. TOUR DETAILS
What is included in the tour price?
The tour price includes transportation, a professional local guide, Waikiki hotel pickup and drop-off, and multiple sightseeing stops throughout East, North, and Windward Oahu. Time for coffee, snacks, restroom breaks, and shopping at select locations is included as well. Meals and personal expenses are not included.
How long does the Exclusive Circle Island tour last?
The duration of our tour is approximately 10 hours, depending on traffic. Pickup usually starts around 7:00 AM, with drop-off around 5:00 PM.
Are your tours suitable for all-ages ?
Absolutely, our tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Kids enjoy the many stops along the way, and our elderly guests appreciate the relaxed pace, light walking, and the chance to explore scenic viewpoints, cultural sites, and peaceful locations like Byodo-In Temple.
What are the options for lunch?
Lunch is enjoyed at Kahuku Sugar Mill, where you’ll find a variety of popular North Shore food trucks offering shrimp plates, chicken, noodles, vegetarian dishes, smoothies, and more. Lunch is not included, so you’re free to choose whatever you like.

Do you offer tours in different languages?
No, we offer tours in English only. However, our activities can be enjoyed by guests of all languages.
Do you have prescription goggles?
Yes, we have a couple of options.
Are your tours accessible for people with disabilities?
Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate them, however we don’t have a wheel chair lift in our buses.
4. BOOKING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Card payments can be made online or over the phone.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, changes can be made to your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Please contact our customer service team to make any adjustments.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for large groups. Please contact us for more information on group rates. Our fleet includes four 25 pax buses and a 12 pax van.
5. ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR
Where do we meet for the tour?
There are several central pickup locations in Waikiki — usually at your hotel or within walking distance. Once you fill out the booking form with your hotel information, the system will automatically provide the closest pickup point to you. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
What should I bring with me?
Towels, swimwear, set of dry clothes, reef-safe sunscreen, snacks, drinks & cash (for mom-and-pop vendors).
Are there restrooms to change? Where can I leave my stuff?
Yes. You can safely leave your belongings in the bus while you enjoy your time off the bus.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Most of our tours run rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather, we may need to cancel or reschedule. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will arrange for a refund or alternative date.

Can I leave feedback about my experience?
Yes, we value your feedback! After your tour, you will receive an email with a link to our feedback form. You can also leave a review on our social media pages, Google Reviews and Trip Advisor or at the site where you book your tour.
