1. GENERAL INFORMATION
What types of tours do you offer?
Along with our signature North Shore adventure tours, we also offer a special half-day tour to Pearl Harbor. It’s perfect if you want to pay respects at the USS Arizona Memorial, explore the Visitor Center, and learn the history of December 7, 1941, all while keeping the rest of your day free.
How can I book a tour?
You can book a tour directly through our website, call our direct phone number or with most e hotel concierge desks in Hawaii. We recommend booking at least three days in advance to secure your spot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

What is included in the tour price?
The price includes roundtrip transportation from Ko Olina, a certified driver/guide, entry to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, and a standby entry ticket for the USS Arizona Memorial (confirmation possible up to 3 days prior, but not guaranteed).
How long does the Pearl Harbor tour last?
This is a half-day tour lasting approximately 4 hours, making it perfect if you want to visit Pearl Harbor without committing to a full-day experience.
Are your tours suitable for all-ages ?
Yes, it is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Infants (lap children under 2) join for free, and strollers are welcome.
Is food included?
Meals and drinks are not included, but there are concessions available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.
3. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Do you offer tours in different languages?
No, our tours are offered in English only. However, the Visitor Center provides multilingual resources for international visitors.
Are your tours accessible for people with disabilities?
The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center is accessible, but please note our buses do not have wheelchair lifts. Contact us in advance so we can do our best to assist with your needs.
Can I bring bags?
Bags are not allowed inside Pearl Harbor for security reasons. On-site storage is available for $8 per bag. Small wallets, cameras, and clear water bottles are permitted.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Card payments can be made online or over the phone.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, changes can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Please contact our customer service team for adjustments.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for large groups. Please reach out to us directly for more details.
5. ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR
Where do we meet for the tour?
Pickup is at Aulani Disney Resort in Ko Olina, every Tuesday at 8:00 AM. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
What should I bring with me?
Valid photo ID (required for entry), sun protection, a reusable water bottle, and some cash if you wish to purchase snacks, drinks, or souvenirs.
What happens if the USS Arizona Memorial is closed?
Beginning September 3, 2025, the memorial will undergo periodic preservation work. On some days it may be closed, but the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center and all other exhibits will remain open, and the tour will run as scheduled.
